This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Formulate and implement extensive Strategic Account Plans aimed at enhancing wallet share within designated accounts.
• Discover whitespace opportunities across various divisions, business units, and service lines.
• Cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships, establishing the company as a strategic ally.
• Conduct impactful business reviews that align customer objectives with delivered results and future possibilities.
• Propel cross-selling and upselling efforts by utilizing internal subject matter experts and commercial partners.
• Evaluate account expenditures, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify growth tactics.
• Oversee opportunity pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue tracking within the assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to ensure synchronized execution.
• Supervise contract performance while pinpointing opportunities for renewals, extensions, and expansions.
• Effectively navigate and achieve results within a complex, matrixed organization, showcasing a strong ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
• Maintain thorough CRM documentation, including action plans and growth strategies.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 5 years of strategic sales or key account management experience; 2 or more years of leadership experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of increasing wallet share within intricate, multi-site accounts.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Established ability to forge executive-level relationships and sway decision-makers.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate matrixed organizations effectively.
• Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
• Expertise in enterprise account penetration strategies.
• Advanced negotiation and deal structuring skills.
• Strong financial insight (ROI modeling, margin analysis, long-term contract economics).
• Ability to navigate complex Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) decision-making structures.
• Executive presence coupled with persuasive communication skills.
• High levels of resilience, urgency, and competitive spirit.
• Self-motivated with disciplined pipeline management practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), PBI, and SFDC.
