Senior KA Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Under the guidance of the Regional Strategic Cooperation Manager, effectively implement key client projects in the designated target hospitals, enhancing the company's brand image and ensuring the safe operation of products within hospitals.

• Efficiently visit key clients in hospitals and establish strong, win-win partnerships to maximize support for the regional business team in achieving their objectives.

• Promptly gather feedback from key clients and relevant policies from target hospitals, reporting to the Regional Strategic Cooperation Manager to collaboratively develop response strategies.

• Create and regularly update management profiles for key clients.

• Facilitate the procurement process in target hospitals, providing proactive and positive assistance in communications with key clients to maximize the accessibility of the company's products, ensuring patient benefits.

• Complete other tasks assigned by the Regional Strategic Cooperation Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with preference given to candidates with experience in foreign-funded pharmaceutical companies.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Strategic Cooperation Manager and over 2 years of team management experience.

• Familiar with the working model of Strategic Cooperation Managers and possess a solid understanding of market management.

• Knowledgeable in regional management, resource allocation, and client management.

• Strong customer focus with good client relationship management skills, as well as excellent organizational coordination and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Demonstrates exceptional independence and proactivity in work.

• Possesses strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Exhibits rigorous logical thinking and analytical judgment capabilities.

• Capable of problem-solving and handling complex situations effectively.

• Good awareness and capability for cross-departmental collaboration.
