Senior Java Fullstack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and enhance enterprise systems utilizing Java technology, ensuring they meet quality, performance, security, and both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Execute corrective, adaptive, evolutionary, and preventive maintenance on information systems.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and issues in development, QA/staging, and production environments.

• Engage in defining and implementing technical solutions that align with the architectural standards set by the Client.

• Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and facilitate integrations between internal and external systems.

• Conduct code reviews, recommend enhancements, and implement software engineering best practices.

• Create and sustain technical documentation related to the solutions developed.

• Participate in agile ceremonies and activities, contributing to planning and execution of delivery.

• Assist with unit, integration, and acceptance testing to ensure the quality of solutions delivered.

• Evaluate application performance, scalability, and observability.

• Support initiatives for technology modernization, refactoring, and continuous improvement.

• Encourage component reuse, solution standardization, and the minimization of technical debt.

• Collaborate with analysts, architects, support teams, infrastructure, information security, and other relevant areas.

• Ensure adherence to technical, methodological, and operational requirements as established contractually.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• At least 6 years of experience in web application development using Java technologies.

• Familiarity with agile development principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP).

• Understanding of design patterns and enterprise application architecture.

• Experience in developing REST APIs and system integrations.

• Proficiency with Angular.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of source code versioning tools.

• Experience in production support and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.

• Experience with observability and application monitoring.

• Proficient in Git, GitLab, or GitHub.

• Java version 8 or higher.

• Knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.

• Experience with Oracle databases.
