Senior Java Full Stack Developer – Critical Production Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide support for essential production applications

• Analyze and resolve P1/P2 incidents

• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and identify root causes

• Implement emergency fixes and manage production deployments

• Monitor applications and infrastructure

• Engage in war rooms and crisis management efforts

• Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and business teams

• Contribute to enhancements in performance and stability

• Assist in technology modernization and architectural advancements

• Document incidents and procedures

• Provide technical mentorship to less experienced team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Java backend (Java 8+)

• Familiarity with the Spring ecosystem: Boot, MVC, Data, Security

• Knowledge of design patterns and best practices

• Experience with both monolithic architecture and microservices

• Understanding of REST APIs and SOA

• Experience with messaging systems and enterprise integrations

• Knowledge of IBM WebSphere and Oracle Service Bus

• Proficient in Oracle Database 12c and complex SQL queries

• Experience with batch processes, IBM DataStage, and CA Workload Automation

• Skills in troubleshooting and log analysis on Linux/Unix

• Familiarity with cloud technologies, Kubernetes, containers, and orchestration

• Knowledge of observability tools: Elastic Stack, Kibana, Grafana, APMs

• Frontend skills: Angular, Node.js

• Experience with NGINX and Apache HTTP Server

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript

• Ability to consume REST APIs

• Experience in frontend troubleshooting in production environments

• Knowledge of DevOps/Operations: CI/CD, Git, and deployment pipelines

• Experience in incident and problem management

• Skills in monitoring, observability, and performance analysis

• ITIL experience is an advantage

• Work driven by SLA and KPI metrics

• Nice-to-haves / Differentials:

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture

• Experience with operational automation tools

• Knowledge of OpenShift and Docker

• Understanding of application security

• Experience in disaster recovery
