
Senior Java Engineer, Contact Center Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
β’ Develop the integration platform that links the Contact Center with both custom and third-party systems.
β’ Assist in designing new features while also supporting the current functionalities.
β’ Contribute to technical designs derived from architectural blueprints and oversee the implementation process to maintain architectural integrity.
β’ Collaborate with Service/Maintenance, QA, and Platform Teams.
β’ Ensure the creation of robust, secure, and scalable API connections for data exchange and service orchestration.
β’ Uphold the quality of software deliverables by actively engaging in the established quality strategy and adhering to defined quality standards.
β’ Over 5 years of extensive development experience with Java/Spring Boot.
β’ Familiarity with JavaScript and Angular for front-end development.
β’ Experience in Contact Center solutions.
β’ Proficiency with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
β’ Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, including REST and SOAP-based APIs.
β’ Knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server databases.
β’ Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
β’ Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Sonar, and Git.
β’ Experience in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
β’ Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish.
