Senior Java Developer, Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Create and execute process automation strategies utilizing a variety of programming languages and technologies.

• Focus on minimizing errors and costs, enhancing the quality of services and processes, and boosting productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Main technology: Senior Java Developer (serving as Tech Lead)

• Educational background in IT (bachelor's or postgraduate degree)

• Experience in technical leadership and mentoring within Java development teams.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Collaborative skills, utilizing Scrum and Kanban (boards).

• Proficient in Java (version 11 or newer).

• Knowledge of React/Next.js.

• Experience with the Spring ecosystem.

• Understanding of MVC architecture.

• Proficiency in microservices.

• Awareness of DevSecOps practices.

• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

• Version control experience using Git.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab).

• Knowledge of SOAP (XML) and REST (JSON/HTTP) APIs.

• Experience with containerization and container orchestration.

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).

• Understanding of Vue.js and Nuxt.js is a plus.

• Familiarity with Redmine or similar tools (e.g., Jira, Azure) is preferred.
