This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design, develop, and enhance BPMN processes utilizing Camunda (version 7 or 8).
• Create and sustain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and uphold automated tests to guarantee quality delivery.
• Engage in technical refinement discussions with the team and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist the team in troubleshooting technical challenges and advocating for development best practices.
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of solution architectures.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in development, version control, and continuous integration.
• Collaborate during agile ceremonies and throughout the software development lifecycle.
• At least 5 years of experience as a developer.
• Practical experience with Camunda 7 or 8, especially in modeling and implementing BPMN processes (Camunda 8 preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of Java 11+ and object-oriented programming principles.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Cloud Config.
• Experience with microservices architecture and service-oriented architecture.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and continuous integration pipelines.
• Background in automated testing (JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, or similar tools).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (minimum B2) for communication with an international team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
