Senior Java Developer, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and test APIs and microservices using Java with Spring Boot and AWS cloud architecture.

• Build scalable, resilient, and highly available solutions.

• Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from refinement to production deployment.

• Contribute to the evolution of architecture and best development practices.

• Work in agile teams, collaborating with multidisciplinary groups.

• Utilize and/or support initiatives with Artificial Intelligence tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level professional.

• Advanced experience in Java development using Spring Boot.

• Strong knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and REST API development.

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

• Familiarity with AWS environment, including EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS/Kafka, SQS, EventBridge, and EKS.

• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases: RDS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.

• Experience with CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, and ArgoCD.

• Experience in observability and monitoring using Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, Instana, Dynatrace, or OpenTelemetry.

• Preferred: experience with Stackspot.

• Preferred: experience with AI tools.

• Preferred: AWS Practitioner and AWS Developer certifications.
