Senior Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain scalable, real-time backend systems utilizing Java 8 or later.

• Integrate and implement Generative AI functionalities and agentic development methodologies into the core system architecture.

• Deploy, orchestrate, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes technology.

• Architect and enhance CI/CD pipelines for ongoing delivery and robust deployment cycles.

• Operate and deploy solutions within AWS or Azure cloud ecosystems.

• Collaborate with international teams on comprehensive digital transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience with Java 8 and above.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and maintaining Real-Time projects.

• Practical experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD methodologies.

• Solid understanding and application of Generative AI principles and agentic development methodologies.

• Experience with enterprise cloud platforms, particularly AWS or Azure.

• Proficient in oral English.

• Proficient in Spanish.

• Strong resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.

• In-depth understanding of the distinction between coding and engineering.

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants is preferred.
