Senior Java Camunda Developer – AI Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Engage in the creation and upkeep of an innovative application.

• Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements and assist in solution design.

• Create test cases.

• Deploy applications into production settings.

• Identify and resolve incidents.

• Utilize repositories and software development tools.

• Design and develop new modules for applications.

• Implement AI-driven techniques for: Code generation and refactoring, Automated documentation, Test generation and validation, Debugging and root-cause analysis, Code reviews and quality enhancements, SDLC automation, and optimizing developer productivity.

• Comprehend the capabilities, limitations, and appropriate applications of Large Language Models (LLMs) within software engineering workflows.

• Collaborate on the adoption of best practices in AI engineering, governance, and secure utilization of AI tools in enterprise settings.

• Keep informed about emerging trends, frameworks, and development accelerators in AI engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Backend Software Developer / Software Engineer.

• Significant expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Camunda for backend development.

• Experience with Camunda orchestration.

• Proficient in defining and utilizing REST APIs.

• Capability to leverage AI-assisted development tools throughout the software development lifecycle to enhance productivity, quality, and delivery speed, including: Devin, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Sourcegraph Cody, Continue.dev.

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1).

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (C1).
