Senior Java Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

• Collaborate within an agile cross-functional team, engaging closely with the product owner to define products and strategies.

• Design application architectures and create technical solutions for the offered services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in software development, particularly in Java programming.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines, or equivalent professional experience.

• Profound understanding of object-oriented programming principles (OOP, OOD, SOLID), algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.

• Proven expertise in working with Java frameworks, especially with Spring.

• Demonstrated capability to implement and execute various automated testing strategies.

• Familiarity with relational database concepts and their interactions (SQL, RDBMS).

• Exposure to high availability solutions and a solid understanding of SaaS/PaaS models.

• Proficiency in written and spoken Italian, with the ability to read and communicate in English.
