Senior IT/GRC SOC 2 Auditor

📋 Description

• Oversee ITGC and application control testing initiatives

• Mentor and evaluate the work of junior team members

• Conduct walkthroughs, testing, and documentation for SOC 2, SOC 1, and HIPAA projects

• Detect control deficiencies and offer remediation recommendations

• Cultivate strong client relationships through effective and proactive communication

• Provide timely progress updates and escalate concerns to management

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in conducting IT audits, particularly in ITGC and application controls

• Comprehensive knowledge of SOC 2 and associated frameworks

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MIS, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline

• Excellent client communication and project management abilities

• Bilingual proficiency in English is required

• Experience with GRC tools (e.g., Vanta, Drata, Secureframe) is a plus

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous

• Progress towards CISA, CPA, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certifications is desirable
