Senior IT-Security Experte, m/w/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, implementation, and maintenance of IT security and overall security concepts, including integration into a database-supported content management system.

• Conducting risk analyses, determining protection requirements, and deriving suitable measures.

• Coaching and providing professional support in the creation, maintenance, and further development of IT security concepts and guidelines.

• Advising technical product managers and IT security officers, especially regarding the use of the ISMS tool.

• Coordination and implementation of new IT baseline protection and BSI requirements within existing security concepts.

• Performing internal audits according to specifications and supporting IT security inquiries.

• Creation, review, and maintenance of all relevant security documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree or training in the IT field or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of relevant professional experience in IT security / information security.

• Solid experience in information security processes, risk management, and business continuity management.

• Excellent knowledge in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of IT security policies and concepts.

• Experience in assessing high-availability systems and deriving measures based on baseline checks and advanced risk analyses.

• Very good knowledge of BSI standards (200-1, 200-2, 200-3, 100-4).

• Structured, independent working style, confident demeanor, and very good German language skills.
