Senior IT Project Manager – Security & Infra

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish the scope, objectives, and deliverables for security and infrastructure projects.

• Create and oversee project plans, timelines, and documentation.

• Manage the execution of various projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality benchmarks.

• Identify, address, and resolve project challenges and obstacles to ensure continuous progress.

• Provide updates and communicate project status to stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Facilitate coordination among resources, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Assist in enhancing PMO processes and the implementation of best practices, including the use of AI-driven tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in project management (10+ years preferred).

• Proven experience in managing security implementations or infrastructure projects.

• In-depth understanding of project lifecycle management and PMO methodologies.

• Capability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and navigate complex stakeholder scenarios.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred; Agile certification is a plus.
