Senior IT Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the comprehensive coordination of all IT-related projects or programs.

• Delivers a high-level program overview for leadership's insight.

• Collaborates with sponsors, project managers, leads, and essential stakeholders.

• Serves as a subject matter expert and acts as a bridge between technical resources and faculty.

• Contributes to project teams involved in significant initiatives.

• Sets standards to be utilized across various projects.

• May recruit and directly oversee additional project management personnel.

• Guides the efforts of all team members.

• Responsible for the management and execution of large, intricate software implementation programs.

• Provides portfolio and program-level reporting to senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline.

• At least seven years of experience in IT project management.

• A minimum of three years in a senior leadership position managing complex programs and portfolios.

• Experience in an academic medical center, research, or healthcare institution is preferred.
