Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage, set up, monitor, and enhance the workload automation environment at Serasa Experian.

• Act as a technical resource to guarantee the dependable execution of essential workflows.

• Assist development, infrastructure, and operations teams in the creation and upkeep of Control‑M jobs.

• Maintain the production environment's operational status in accordance with the strategic roadmap.

• Design, set up, and oversee job flows, ensuring standardization, performance optimization, and governance.

• Oversee daily routines, address failures and incidents, and ensure compliance with SLAs.

• Create integrations utilizing Control‑M and file transfer methods.

• Document procedures, standards, operational policies, and best practices.

• Conduct capacity, performance, and workload optimization analyses.

• Engage in digital transformation initiatives related to process automation.

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for incidents, issues, and changes.

• Ensure security, compliance, and access management within the Control‑M environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced English (conversational).

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a technology-related discipline.

• Familiarity with BMC Control‑M (Administration and Operations).

• Skilled in scripting languages (Shell, PowerShell, Python, or similar).

• Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments.

• Knowledge of ITIL practices (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).

• Preferred: Familiarity with Airflow.

• Understanding of Control‑M Enterprise Manager, Control‑M Server, and Control‑M/Agent.

• Proven experience in creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting intricate workflows.

• Knowledge of integrations via REST APIs and the use of the Control‑M Automation API.

• Basic understanding of networking, protocols, and file transfers (SFTP).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Control‑M SaaS.

• Awareness of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins).

• Experience utilizing observability tools (Grafana, Zabbix, Datadog).
