This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Time and Labor team in deploying timekeeping systems, including: Requirements, Testing, and Roll-out.
• Facilitate Real Time Monitoring of Time and Labor systems.
• Ensure that all procedures are adhered to by the team.
• Provide support for any ad hoc reporting needs.
• Monitor performance and suggest actions to help teams achieve Service Level Goals.
• Familiarity with workforce management principles.
• Proficient understanding of time entry systems.
• Intermediate skills in Excel.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% when necessary.
• Knowledgeable about timekeeping processes.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as an analyst.
