Senior ISO Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Carry out Information Security Consulting tasks.

• Conduct ISO 27001 assessments, prepare for certification, ensure compliance, and provide advisory services.

• Assist in management, execute client engagement, and support information security compliance initiatives along with related consulting duties.

• Collect and review evidence on-site.

• Deliver draft reports to management within specified timelines.

• Prepare comprehensive weekly project status updates for management.

• Organize client information on A-LIGN’s drive.

• Plan and implement ISO 27001 engagements under the guidance of a management team member.

• Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after on-site visits.

• Review planning meeting notes from managers and prepare for meetings as necessary.

• Create lead sheets throughout the duration of projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, management information systems, computer science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience conducting information system audits or information security reviews related to ISO.

• Must possess either the ISO 27001 LA or LI certification.

• Additional preferred certifications include CCSK, CISA, QSA, CISSP, or other relevant credentials.

• Strong ability to meet deadlines with high motivation.
