Senior Invoicing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the invoicing process by interpreting sales contracts, verifying sales orders and invoices in NetSuite and Salesforce Billing, and ensuring timely delivery of invoices to customers.

• Accurately and promptly process credit memos while maintaining appropriate levels of approval and documentation.

• Serve as the subject matter expert regarding customer records and sales transition details within NetSuite and Salesforce Billing.

• Timely support and resolve invoicing-related inquiries and requests from both external customers and internal cross-functional team members.

• Assist in the accounting close process and revenue reporting requirements, such as reconciling invoices, credit memos, and sales tax.

• Collaborate with upstream teams to identify the root causes of customer billing issues and recommend scalable solutions.

• Aid in audit requests and participate in various ad-hoc projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with Mid to Large Tier ERP systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

• Willingness and ability to work Night Shift, covering hours until 4:30 PM PST (which equates to 5 AM IST).

• Advanced working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with NetSuite, SFDC, and Avalara is preferred.
