Senior Inventory & Inbound Planning Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of US inventory and inbound planning for our Amazon brands, including multi-warehouse, end-to-end shipment coordination. We are seeking a senior builder.

• Strategically plan stock levels for each SKU across our 5-6 US locations, ensuring a balance between availability, delivery speed, and efficient capital use.

• Convert inventory strategies into detailed inbound schedules for each warehouse, aligning with production timelines, ocean freight lead times, and sales forecasts.

• Manage and coordinate all related shipments from start to finish, ensuring our 3PLs are adequately supplied without incurring overstock.

• Develop processes, tools, and reporting systems for US inventory and inbound planning, with the aim of expanding these processes as we enter additional marketplaces beyond Amazon.

• Collaborate daily with our Fulfillment Manager and Director of Supply Chain; you create the plans, and together we bring them to fruition.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in inventory, demand, or supply planning for physical consumer products, preferably within e-commerce or omnichannel retail environments.

• A demonstrated history of success at reputable, high-volume organizations; you have experience planning for multi-warehouse networks, ideally within the US.

• Practical experience in inbound logistics and shipment booking (ocean/road, 3PL coordination).

• Strong analytical capabilities; you thrive on data (forecasts, coverage, lead times) and are skilled at creating your own models when existing tools are insufficient.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Additional advantages include:
