This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Spearhead market development initiatives to broaden HIS's international business by identifying and qualifying new market-entry prospects.
• Assist in the formulation of market-entry strategies and business cases.
• Cultivate and maintain trusted C-level relationships with health ministries, payers, regulators, healthcare provider systems, and strategic business partners.
• Effectively present HIS’s value proposition to senior decision-makers.
• Oversee global marketing efforts in defining clinical documentation, coding, classification, analytics, and consulting capabilities aligned with stakeholder priorities.
• Organize executive dialogues, briefings, workshops, and site visits across various international markets.
• Lead cross-functional international growth initiatives collaborating with country leaders, sales, product, marketing, and consulting teams.
• Interpret reimbursement reform, digital health policy, and provider-transformation trends into a strategic commercial pipeline.
• Shape and secure complex strategic enterprise deals, public tenders, and multi-year framework agreements.
• Advocate for the international customer perspective in portfolio, product, and go-to-market decisions.
• Travel internationally on a regular basis to nurture account and partner relationships.
• Possession of a Master’s degree or higher.
• A decade of experience in healthcare and/or government markets.
• Ten years of experience in international leadership positions.
• Ten years of experience in international business development or key/government account management across various countries.
• Ten years of experience in business operations and sales strategy.
• A decade of experience building and sustaining C-level relationships with health authorities, payers, regulators, or large provider organizations.
• Proven track record of successfully closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals or public-sector engagements with multi-year contract value.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring employment-visa sponsorship.
• Capability to operate a company vehicle and pass pre-employment and ongoing motor-vehicle-history checks.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, strategy, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Ten years of experience in healthcare IT or hospital market is a preferred qualification.
• Company vehicle provided.
• Travel may involve up to 50% international trips.
