Senior Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize our proprietary tools, internal data resources, and external platforms to integrate data and improve analysis/alerting services tailored to our clients' operational requirements.

• Design and enhance intricate keyword sets and Boolean logic to optimize relevant coverage across various community types.

• Collaborate directly with enterprise client teams to grasp their collection priorities and translate them into actionable sourcing strategies.

• Partner with internal collections, product, and engineering teams to scale operationalize new sources effectively.

• Contribute to documentation and tradecraft standards that enable the broader team to replicate your sourcing methods.

• Navigate virtual environments safely to support assigned tasks when necessary.

• Produce high-quality tactical and strategic assessments to guide the risk intelligence decision-making process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in discovering, assessing, and monitoring sources within illicit or gray-area online communities.

• The capability to formulate complex Boolean or keyword queries that are sufficiently precise to minimize noise while ensuring critical coverage is not overlooked.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguous environments where source quality may not be evident, and tradecraft judgment is essential.

• Experience in addressing external stakeholder needs—distinguishing between what a client truly requires and what they articulate.
