• You will be the initial point of contact for all incoming SDK tickets from financial institutions, system integrators, and vendors, assessing each interaction to decide if it can be resolved through a standard ticket process or if it necessitates scoping and execution as a formal project.
• Integration Lifecycle Ownership - Collaborate with FI development teams and system integrators from the initial discovery phase to go-live, offering architectural advice, technical supervision, and active problem-solving at every stage.
• Provide testing and validation assistance prior to production, verifying expected platform behavior and identifying edge cases ahead of the launch.
• Address incoming questions regarding SDK and integration functionality and guidance that do not require direct involvement.
• Facilitate technical escalations to Engineering when integration challenges expose platform bugs or gaps in the SDK.
• Act as a reliable feedback conduit from the field to Product and Engineering to highlight integration friction points, undocumented behaviors, and SDK capability deficiencies.
• 4–6 years of experience with a proven ability to independently manage complex integration projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of REST API design and utilization, including authentication patterns, request/response formats, pagination, and error handling.
• Proficient in at least one programming language typically used for API and SDK integration (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#).
• Familiarity with developer tools such as Postman, API documentation, log analysis, and debugging processes.
• Experience with or a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and integration testing methodologies.
• Capability to analyze and interpret JSON payloads, API logs, and error traces to determine the root cause of integration issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical details to both developer audiences and non-technical stakeholders at FIs.
• Comfortable managing uncertainty in early-stage integrations where requirements may change and scope needs active oversight.
• Remote-first work environment.
• Unlimited paid time off.
• 401(k) plan with employer matching.
