This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Establish integration strategies that connect Finxact Core with Fiserv products and various third-party solutions across client and partner ecosystems.
• Oversee the technical discovery phase, architectural planning, and detailed design for API-driven and event-oriented integrations.
• Create, develop, test, and sustain integration components, interfaces, and related services.
• Prioritize items on the integration roadmap in collaboration with product and engineering teams, taking into account client needs, partner obligations, operational implications, costs, and risks.
• Assess integrations developed by clients, partners, and vendors to ensure compliance with Finxact standards, security protocols, and established integration frameworks.
• Direct cross-functional teams in the delivery of integrations, validation processes, issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and the preparation of production-readiness documentation.
• Convey technical options, dependencies, and trade-offs to executives, clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Over 10 years of experience in software development, enterprise integration, solution architecture, or technical consulting with a focus on API-based integrations, distributed systems, and secure application design.
• More than 10 years of experience in designing and delivering RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns on cloud-based or enterprise platforms.
• At least 8 years of experience managing complex cross-functional technical projects with responsibility for delivery outcomes, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience collaborating directly with clients, partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Proficient in evaluating integration needs, non-functional requirements, and vendor capabilities to create supportable and secure designs.
• Skilled in articulating technical architecture, sequencing, risks, and dependencies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or military service.
• Experience in financial services, banking technology, core banking systems, payments, or financial technology sectors.
• Familiarity with Finxact Core, the Fiserv product suite, or similar financial technology platforms.
• Proficient in Golang or a comparable object-oriented or service development language.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, contemporary integration tools, and evaluating third-party partners.
• Must currently hold valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
