Senior Insights Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate extensive and intricate datasets to address critical business queries and uncover actionable trends and insights.

• Construct efficient SQL queries, data pipelines, and on-demand analyses to facilitate cross-departmental initiatives.

• Partner with stakeholders to define project scopes, organize analyses, and convey findings into understandable business recommendations.

• Create predictive models and perform statistical analyses to forecast significant outcomes, aiding in decision-making processes.

• Implement advanced analytical methods (such as regression, clustering, and forecasting) to enhance workforce planning, marketing strategies, and service design.

• Design and sustain dashboards and data tools to provide widespread access to insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or business analytics positions.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in SQL with a working knowledge of Python or R.

• Experience in creating dashboards using Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.

• Background in analyzing and merging multiple data sources for analytics, including Salesforce or other CRM platforms and Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with Google Ads is a plus.
