Program Analyst/Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of the release schedule and coordinate efforts with relevant Government teams.

• Collect customer feedback and convert operational and business requirements into well-defined product specifications.

• Facilitate integrated planning teams and working groups across various workstreams—setting meeting schedules, identifying action items, and monitoring progress (including support for the Steering Committee).

• Facilitate and organize release planning activities such as task outlining, gap identification, and tracking necessary solutions for a successful release.

• Perform Post-Implementation Reviews within two weeks of a production release and document effectiveness, outcomes, and lessons learned.

• Maintain a library of program documentation and track progress against Operational Objectives.

• Support business process enhancements based on stakeholder requirements, missions, and operational limitations.

• Collaborate with internal program leadership on product specifications and problem-solving that influences stakeholder needs.

• Contribute to deliverables such as Program Strategy, Release Plan, and Post-Implementation Review Report.

• Utilize Agile/Jira and Confluence workflows to oversee requirements, backlog, and release documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in federal program/product management support.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Proficiency in release planning, requirements gathering, and Agile/Jira-based workflows.

• Experience in supporting intricate projects and transformation initiatives within the federal government.

• Capacity to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability/public trust determination.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
