This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee a pipeline of families who have previously interacted with A Place for Mom and need ongoing support in making a move-in decision.
• Conduct regular, high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email to re-engage families and drive progress.
• Facilitate outcomes by assisting families from tour to decision, which includes scheduling additional tours and providing new referrals as necessary.
• Implement a structured follow-up routine to ensure engagement and avoid stagnation within the pipeline.
• Quickly establish trust with families, comprehend their needs, and guide them towards the most suitable care options.
• Collaborate with senior living communities and care providers to arrange tours, share feedback, and enhance move-in conversions.
• Keep precise, real-time records in CRM to indicate pipeline status, next steps, and forecasts.
• Regularly achieve or surpass monthly sales goals and conversion benchmarks.
• Engage in ongoing coaching, call evaluations, and training to foster continuous performance improvement.
• 5+ years of experience in a sales role driven by quotas, ideally in inside or phone-based sales.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Experience in managing and converting warm lead pipelines.
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
• Capacity to multitask (phone and CRM documentation at the same time).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work remotely with a strong focus and sense of accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Background in senior care, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
