This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee a pipeline of families who have previously interacted with A Place for Mom and need ongoing support in making a move-in decision.
• Conduct consistent, high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email to re-engage and progress families.
• Facilitate outcomes by guiding families from tours to decisions, which includes arranging additional tours and providing new referrals as necessary.
• Implement a structured follow-up schedule to keep engagement levels high and avoid pipeline stagnation.
• Quickly establish trust with families, comprehend their needs, and direct them to the most suitable care options.
• Collaborate with senior living communities and care providers to coordinate tours, exchange feedback, and assist with move-in conversions.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date documentation in the CRM to reflect the status of the pipeline, next steps, and forecasts.
• Regularly achieve or surpass monthly sales goals and conversion expectations.
• Engage in ongoing coaching, call evaluations, and training to enhance performance continuously.
• Over 5 years of experience in a sales role driven by quotas, preferably in inside or phone-based sales.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Experience in managing and converting warm lead pipelines.
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
• Capability to multitask (phone calls and CRM documentation simultaneously).
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work remotely with a strong focus and sense of accountability.
