Senior Innovation Principal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identifying, evaluating, promoting, and activating innovation prospects within designated domain area(s)

• Cultivating relationships with both internal and external partners, measuring the value of new opportunities

• Steering concepts through the complete innovation lifecycle

• Recording insights, learnings, and recommendations from projects to guide future innovation efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; or equivalent experience.

• Master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred

• At least 8 years of experience in pertinent areas including: Innovation, Emerging Technology, Research & Development, Product Design, Pilot Execution, or another related field

• Industry experience in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and technology is favored

• Strong execution mindset with the capacity to drive results and oversee complex initiatives from conception through validation and transition
