Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage security measures for Dropbox’s AI and agentic infrastructure.

• Establish least-privilege and secure-execution models for AI agents.

• Oversee the security implementation of AI tool and agent connectivity frameworks.

• Build, deploy, and/or maintain security infrastructure solutions.

• Automate security controls through scripting to reduce repetitive tasks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and spearhead security initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Security or a related field, showcasing significant contributions to security strategies.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience, with coding skills.

• Proven experience in securing LLM, RAG, or agentic AI systems in a production environment.

• Experience in designing identity and authorization solutions for non-human workloads and agents.

• Ability to incorporate adversarial testing and release gates for AI systems into CI/CD processes.

• Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals, including system administration, security, networking, scripting, and troubleshooting.

• Proficient in one or more scripting or high-level programming languages for task automation, data manipulation, or developing small systems.
