Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Kubernetes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and deploy scalable hybrid multi-cloud Kubernetes platform solutions leveraging your extensive knowledge in cloud-native infrastructure architecture and large-scale operations.

• Enhance and sustain the high reliability of extensive infrastructure platform systems.

• Assess and incorporate open-source technologies into current system workflows.

• Offer insights and technical guidance for the ongoing advancement of Kubernetes infrastructure services.

• Mentor and support the development of junior engineers to foster collaborative technical decision-making regarding infrastructure selections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with Kubernetes, including managing clusters comprising thousands of nodes.

• Proficiency in Prometheus.

• Knowledge of Thanos.

• Familiarity with Alertmanager.

• Expertise in Golang.

• Experience with large-scale, business-critical Linux environments.

• Background in operating within cloud environments: AWS, GCP, OCI.

• Experience managing custom data centers.

• Comfortable with on-call shifts management.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Engineering.
