• Lead both ongoing and newly identified initiatives among stakeholder organizations to foster synergies and mitigate the risk of non-compliance with internal or external standards.
• Assist in change management efforts alongside federal authorization entities.
• Support various security pillars within the Salesforce Government Cloud Division, encompassing continuous monitoring, advisory roles, incident response, AI adoption, and security documentation.
• Advise business or security stakeholders regarding information security requirements and their relevance to business processes, products, or services.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in business, legal, Employee Success, Internal Audit, technical/engineering fields, and other departments that offer expertise in security requirements and solution management.
• Concentrate on the ongoing enhancement of operational processes and the creation of innovative and automated functionalities for improved efficiency.
• Clearly communicate accreditation positions and programs to relevant business stakeholders.
• At least 8 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, accreditation, and related security domains.
• Familiarity with Government Cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, etc.).
• Proficiency in security-related analysis, developing metrics and dashboards, and summarizing extensive data sets.
• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical sectors and effectively translate information between them.
• Strong aptitude for building rapport and forming partnerships.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying results to various management levels.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (FedRAMP20x, DoD SRG).
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and fostering innovation.
• Agile and proactive, comfortable navigating ambiguous specifications, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Outstanding interpersonal, relationship, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and talent for process development.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Drive enhancements in existing processes while developing new, innovative, and efficient solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including developers, systems administrators, executives, customers, regulators, auditors, etc.
• Experience cultivating productive relationships with Technical Operations, Security Operations, Incident Response, Technical Compliance, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Direct experience collaborating with Authorizing Officials in Federal Civilian agencies, including the Department of Defense (DoD), particularly within the DISA Cloud Assessment Division.
