Senior Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead project teams and oversee the entire project lifecycle, including sales support/scoping, transitioning from sales to services, and the phases of initiating, planning, implementing, monitoring/controlling, and closing projects.

• Promote the application of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and adhere to internal policies and procedures.

• Build and sustain relationships with internal and external executive sponsors, key customers, and project team members.

• Convert client requirements, objectives, and goals into a structured project plan.

• Define and manage the scope, schedule, budget, and resources for complex projects.

• Keep the project plan and all related project documentation updated.

• Collaborate closely with Client Success resources to ensure the successful execution of the project plan.

• Identify and suggest changes, including change orders and budget updates, assess their impacts, and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Record lessons learned and propose enhancements to processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in project management.

• Professional background in enterprise-level SaaS/AI software implementations.

• Proficiency in both waterfall and agile methodologies is essential.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities (management experience is not mandatory).

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Previous experience in a client-facing role is necessary.

• Knowledge of project commercial aspects, including SOWs, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Preferred professional background in Insurance, Financial Services, Technology Implementations, or Consulting.

• Ability to work independently, adapt, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

• Some travel may be required.
