• Planning and analyzing projects.

• Facilitating user acceptance testing sessions.

• Coordinating deployment activities.

• Providing product training.

• Possessing a solid understanding of WFS modules.

• Contributing to the HRchitect Tech Trends Blog.

• Interfacing with customers to establish strong relationships.

• Actively seeking opportunities within the team to broaden your experience.

• Demonstrating a consistent record of accuracy in configuration.

• Showing consistency in responsiveness to teammates and customers.

• Mentoring junior consultants.

• Acting as a technical expert.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience with WFS.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Comfortable appearing and speaking during video calls.

• Ability to work independently.

• Capability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.

• Ability to work remotely from a home office in North America.

• Implementation consulting experience is essential.

• Experience leading implementations from start to finish.

• Proven track record of accuracy in executing tasks.

• Certification in WorkForce Functional Implementations.

• Certification in WorkForce Configuration.

• Additional certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PMP are advantageous.

• Over 5 years of experience in a SaaS environment.

• More than 3 years of experience working with WFS in an implementation role.

• Demonstrated experience across various sectors such as Healthcare, Public Sector, Manufacturing, and Retail.
