Senior Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Concentrate on the design, development, implementation, and support of EDI, electronic commerce, and application integration solutions.

• Evaluate, analyze, and implement solutions promptly and efficiently.

• Carry out and sustain implementation processes while training both internal and external stakeholders.

• Guide Implementation Analysts to ensure compliance with company standards.

• Oversee client expectations and timelines leading up to the go-live of intricate accounts.

• Examine test data to identify root causes, trends, and gaps.

• Collaborate with development teams to gather requirements and test new features.

• Facilitate internal technical training sessions and operationalize new products and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the ANSI X12N format, including: 837P, 837I, 835, 270/271, 276/277, and 278.

• More than 7 years of experience in technology (information exchange) and/or the healthcare sector.

• 5 years of experience in managing complex healthcare technology implementations.

• Familiarity with APIs.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Capability to simplify complex concepts.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Experience in gathering data, functional, business, and technical requirements.

• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle is advantageous.
