Senior ICT Engineer – Infrastructure, VMware Cloud Foundation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Develop, execute, and sustain a reliable technical infrastructure.

• Identify and resolve intricate tickets or escalate complex issues that may directly or indirectly affect IT infrastructure.

• Analyze the root causes of sophisticated incidents and take steps to enhance or rectify the situation.

• Assess, approve, prioritize, plan, execute, document, and review complex changes in a controlled manner or escalate to higher management.

• Generate and maintain technical documentation to facilitate IT service support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess experience in ICT System Engineering.

• Have advanced knowledge of virtualization platforms, Windows, Linux, networking, and storage.

• Demonstrate analytical thinking, training and mentoring abilities, and teamwork skills.

• Be familiar with ITIL processes.

• Be willing to participate in on-call duties.

• Speak English at a minimum of B2 level.
