Senior IAM Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the IAM architecture strategy within the organization.

• Serving as a technical expert in IAM while providing practical architectural leadership.

• Designing and documenting comprehensive IAM capabilities.

• Defining integration patterns and reference architectures.

• Designing authentication and authorization mechanisms (SSO, MFA, RBAC/ABAC).

• Leading the design and integration of IAM platforms in cloud and hybrid environments.

• Identifying IAM risks and architectural gaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), preferably at an architect level.

• Extensive experience in key IAM areas: IGA (identity lifecycle management, access certifications), access management (SSO/MFA), Conditional Access, PAM, and managing non-personal identities (service and workload identities).

• Deep understanding of authentication and authorization patterns and protocols: OAuth 2.0/OIDC, SAML 2.0, SCIM, and LDAP/AD.

• Strong knowledge of IAM in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).

• Experience in assessing IAM risks and security mechanisms.

• Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
