• Practical experience with at least one major leading platform is essential (e.g., Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID).

• Exceptional ability to convert vague business requirements into well-structured functional requirement documents (FRDs), process flows, data mapping matrices, and user stories.

• A proactive, resourceful mindset for problem-solving, with a natural curiosity to incorporate AI into your daily analysis toolkit for enhanced efficiency.

• A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or equivalent experience is preferred. Relevant IAM platform or business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are advantageous.

• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management abilities. Bilingualism (English/French) is viewed as a significant asset for serving our nationwide client base.
