Senior IA Engineering Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Build and operate the technical backbone of the Platform — from cloud infrastructure on GCP and LLMOps pipelines to the core orchestration and the development of both simple and complex agents using Google ADK 2.0.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery)

• Design and operation of MLOps/LLMOps pipelines in production

• Versioning of models, monitoring drift, and observability of AI systems

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or equivalent on GCP

• Construction of orchestration layers for multi-model systems

• Experience with queues, streaming, and event-driven architectures

• Design of robust APIs for internal consumption of AI capabilities

• Creation of simple agents (single-step, tool-use) and complex agents (multi-step, multi-agent)

• Proficiency in Google ADK 2.0: defining tools, memory, planning, and execution

• Experience with agency patterns: ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, Supervisor/Worker

• Implementation of guardrails, fallbacks, and evaluation of agent behavior in production

• Integration with Gemini (via Vertex AI) and other foundational models

• Construction of RAG pipelines with chunking, embeddings, and vector stores (e.g., Vertex AI Search, Weaviate, pgvector)

• Advanced fine-tuning and prompt engineering

• Contributions or public projects with ADK, LangGraph, or similar frameworks

• Experience with systematic evaluation of agents (evals, benchmarks)

• Knowledge of security in agent systems (prompt injection, tool abuse)
