Senior HVAC Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve issues with heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems.

• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems.

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and their components.

• Carry out various home repairs as designated.

• Independently address intermediate HVAC service challenges.

• Complete projects and assigned responsibilities within designated timeframes.

• Foster positive customer interactions to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Identify and perform additional tasks necessary to complete service calls.

• Manage inventory on the service vehicle effectively.

• Participate in service and safety meetings regularly.

• Travel to various service locations daily.

• Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs for the company service vehicle.

• Provide assistance to fellow Service Technicians with inquiries and troubleshooting.

• Fill out necessary forms for warranty parts processing.

• Undertake other duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent certification.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant HVAC experience.

• Possession of a valid state driver's license and auto insurance.

• Must successfully pass an MVR check to operate a company vehicle.

• Capability to climb ladders and access attic and roof spaces.

• Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 75 lbs; and over 75 lbs with assistance.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in troubleshooting heating, cooling, and indoor air quality equipment.

• Capacity to work independently on intermediate HVAC service matters.
