This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• The Solutions Architect (SA) serves as the technical and strategic leader for client engagements, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial discovery to solution design, planning, and delivery supervision.
• Spearhead intricate discovery processes, craft scalable HubSpot solutions, and ensure alignment between business needs, CRM architecture, and execution of delivery.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently, collaborating with Consultants, automation engineers, and developers in an agile delivery framework.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of each client's business model, HubSpot maturity, and technology stack.
• Serve as the technical representative for the client, ensuring that delivery teams possess the context necessary for effective execution.
• Recognize opportunities for enhanced impact (RevOps gaps, automation prospects, and underutilized HubSpot functionalities).
• Facilitate discovery sessions with executives and stakeholders to establish goals, identify pain points, and determine success metrics.
• Create Business Solution Designs (high-level architecture) encompassing: HubSpot configuration strategy, integration architecture (ERP, middleware, third-party tools), process gaps, and system dependencies.
• Execute technical research (feasibility studies, integrations, proofs-of-concept) for complex requirements.
• Experience in leading end-to-end HubSpot solution design, beyond mere configuration or execution.
• Ability to think systematically and architecturally, linking business processes to technical implementation.
• Proficient in leading discussions with senior stakeholders and fostering alignment.
• Extensive knowledge of HubSpot CRM (Sales, Marketing, Service, Ops Hub).
• Comprehend how data models, automation, and integrations function cohesively at scale.
• Capable of producing clear, detailed technical documentation (specific properties, workflows, system logic).
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous client engagements without compromising quality or context.
• Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
• Maintain a high standard for quality and avoid shipping “good enough” when it is not appropriate.
