• Role Overview:

• The position requires delivering exceptional, accurate, and timely Face to Face Services to customers. This includes, but is not limited to, fulfilling operational requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating and presenting customer reports promptly, and maintaining data integrity.

• Location: Remote, based in Johannesburg, South Africa

• Hours: Standard South Africa hours

• Matriculation (Grade 12)

• A minimum of two years of experience in administration.

• Proficient computer literacy

• Strong client service orientation

• Capability to perform well under pressure

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Effective time management

• Strong team player

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

• A profound understanding of the sensitive nature of EAP services, recognizing that behind every statistic and administrative file lies an individual seeking mental health support.

• High emotional intelligence to monitor the mental well-being of the administrative team, who frequently encounter distressing case notes and crisis data.

• Proven aptitude for acting as a "data translator," effectively conveying complex statistical trends and administrative insights to non-analytical stakeholders.

• Expertise in bridging relationships and fostering collaboration between the structured, process-oriented administrative team and the dynamic, fast-paced clinical triage team.

• Maintains a calm, grounded, and focused demeanor during sudden spikes in EAP volume or corporate crises requiring rapid ad-hoc reporting.

• Approaches data discrepancies, system disruptions, or conflicting deadlines with a resilient, solution-oriented attitude.
