This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the setup, upkeep, and enhancement of Workday Compensation solutions.
• Act as the main HRIS partner during the annual compensation cycle.
• Collaborate with the Compensation team to design, develop, and sustain advanced compensation plans within Workday.
• Create, maintain, and improve compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics in Workday.
• Work in partnership with Compensation and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Handle system change requests related to updates in the compensation program.
• Conduct testing and validation for modifications in the compensation system.
• Assist in data integrity efforts by performing regular audits of compensation data.
• Keep abreast of the latest Workday Compensation releases.
• Ensure the maintenance of technical documentation.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
