This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate, suggest, design, configure, test, and deploy intricate new functional and break/fix solutions for designated HR products (e.g., payroll, benefits, compensation).
• Engage in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives as the HRIS application owner for the designated HR products.
• Stay informed about new upcoming features and functionalities within Prime's HR information systems landscape and collaborate with Product Owners to offer recommendations for adoption.
• Deliver consultation and technical support to fellow HRIS Analysts.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
• 5 years of experience in supporting HR information systems (e.g., Workday, Ceridian, Ultipro).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday configuration.
• Must have eligibility to work in the United States without the need for a work visa or residency sponsorship.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Macros, pivot tables, advanced charts/graphs, conditional formatting, data tables, basic programming).
• Ability to effectively convey technical information to all organizational levels.
