This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the entire HR technology stack — including HRIS, ATS (Ashby), HR ticketing system, and any additional platforms utilized or adopted by the People team.
• Act as the system administrator for all HR tools — accountable for data integrity, user access, configuration, and ensuring each platform performs optimally.
• Manage all integrations within the HR tech stack — making architectural decisions, maintaining existing data feeds, and developing a proactive roadmap to eliminate manual data entry through automation.
• Lead the assessment and implementation of new HR technology, providing insights on build versus buy, integration complexity, and long-term scalability.
• Handle manual data entry for non-integrated systems as a temporary solution while working towards automation solutions to bridge these gaps.
• Serve as the point of escalation for system issues and complex tool inquiries from HR partners, managers, and employees.
• Oversee the people analytics function — creating and maintaining dashboards and reports in Tableau and other tools that offer HR leadership and business partners reliable visibility into headcount, attrition, compensation, and key workforce trends.
• Actively identify data insights — recognizing patterns, flagging risks, and providing analyses to leadership proactively.
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude to enhance analytics, automate reporting, and improve team efficiency with data.
• Accurately and promptly fulfill compliance data requests from Legal, GRC, Finance, and HR leadership.
• Develop self-service reporting capabilities that minimize ad-hoc data requests, empowering the People team to operate more autonomously.
• Manage Ashby configuration, workflows, and data integrity — ensuring the ATS facilitates an efficient and consistent recruiting process.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and recruiting stakeholders to refine Ashby workflows, reporting, and integrations with the broader HR tech stack.
• Guarantee seamless data flow between Ashby and the HRIS, ensuring new hire records are accurate from the start.
• Ensure that the HRIS promptly and accurately reflects onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes across all regions, collaborating with HR to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Work with Finance and IT to ensure reliable cross-system data flows and troubleshoot integration failures as they occur.
• Continuously seek out manual processes within the HR tech stack that can be automated, reporting that can be optimized, and data quality issues that can be addressed at the source.
• Over 6 years of experience in HR systems administration and people analytics.
• Proven ownership of an enterprise HRIS platform (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, HiBob, or similar).
• Hands-on experience in managing an ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Direct experience in architecting and managing system integrations across a multi-tool HR stack.
• Experience in creating people analytics dashboards in Tableau or a similar BI tool.
• Proven track record in leading HRIS or HR tech implementation projects.
• Familiarity with SQL or data pipeline tools is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of AI tools for analytics and automation is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
