This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the administration and upkeep of all HR-related applications to enhance the Human Resources function.
• Aids in the overall HR technology strategy by providing systems implementation, administration, reporting, and analysis to facilitate better decision-making, streamline work processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborates with HR team members and subject matter experts throughout the organization to establish processes and functionalities that enhance the efficiency and quality of HR services while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Conducts data analysis across multiple systems, supports various vendor software applications, and utilizes experience and independent technical judgment to deliver effective solutions.
• May require flexible working hours.
• Associate Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or a related field is highly preferred.
• At least five years of experience in HCM, Payroll, and timekeeping application maintenance and support, systems analysis, and ad hoc reporting, preferably within a healthcare environment.
• Required functional and technical experience with Workday (HCM, Payroll, Absence).
• Proficiency in MS Access, SQL, or other database/reporting tools is required.
• Preferred experience with Workday integration, design, and maintenance.
• Experience with UKG timekeeping and scheduling is preferred.
• HCM software implementation experience is advantageous.
• Previous support of Oracle Cloud HCM is a plus.
• Current Workday certifications, including Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, Reporting, or Integrations, are preferred.
• Customer PRO certification is acceptable.
