This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Designs, develops, tests, maintains, and improves business processes within the HRIS in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
• Engages in bi-annual Workday releases to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing our environment in line with the HR Technology roadmap.
• Acts as a subject matter expert for Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Coordinates or assists with the requirements of various teams within and outside the HR department that affect HR systems.
• Continuously expands technical and industry knowledge by participating in the Workday Community and other forums.
• Undertakes special projects or related tasks as assigned or as circumstances require.
• Provides technical support for Workday U.S. Payroll, focusing on resolving complex issues and offering expert advice to the payroll team.
• Assumes responsibility for configuring and maintaining Workday U.S. Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of payroll data.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with HRIS Workday.
• Previous experience supporting Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (PATT).
• Proficient in Workday Reporting and Security.
• Familiarity with MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of Business Workflow and System Configuration.
• Experience in software implementation and development.
• Knowledge of HRIS functional areas.
• Up to 15 days of vacation time.
