This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Converting business goals into personnel priorities and steering high-level discussions with client leadership.
• Overseeing the complete HR lifecycle, including developing performance management cycles, facilitating training, analyzing turnover data, and conducting recruitment screenings.
• Evaluating and revising employee resource manuals, crafting contemporary policies, and managing intricate employee relations.
• Collaborating with internal subject matter experts to execute tailored organizational strategies that promote growth and retention.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or a Master’s in a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience is required.
• Experience as a Senior Manager or higher within a consulting firm or an in-house HR department is highly preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Must be comfortable addressing client requests in at least 50% of the specified HR areas.
