📋 Description

• Defining & Managing Performance: You are responsible for the advancement of our performance management frameworks. You establish high expectations for accountability and create systems that evaluate impact, ensuring performance is addressed promptly, consistently, and with clarity.

• Workforce Evolution & AI Integration: You assist the business in navigating the 'AI shift'. Collaborating with VPs, you continuously redefine roles and workflows, ensuring our workforce remains ahead of the curve. You oversee the process of maintaining relevance in every role as automation and AI reshape our daily operations.

• Complex Project Leadership: You manage significant organizational projects with professional insight and a hands-on approach. From structural adjustments to the introduction of new professional standards, you lead the 'people' aspect of change with precision and efficiency.

• Strategic Matrix Sparring: You offer strategic guidance within a cross-location, cross-functional matrix. You facilitate alignment between our hubs in Hamburg and Warsaw, ensuring consistent standards while honoring local dynamics. You serve as a critical friend who is willing to challenge the status quo.

• Data-Driven Diagnostics: You leverage people analytics to uncover trends and enhance organizational health. Utilizing data, you challenge stakeholders, optimize performance cycles, and assist senior leaders in making crucial talent decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior HR Expertise: You possess extensive experience as an HRBP in professionalized, high-dynamic tech environments. A background in management or HR consulting is a significant asset.

• Performance Architect: You have a demonstrated history of designing and overseeing performance frameworks that foster accountability and high standards within Engineering and Product organizations.

• Transformation Mindset: You are well-versed in workforce transformation. You comprehend how to adapt roles in real-time to keep pace with technological changes such as AI integration.

• Project Management: You are a methodical, hands-on project leader. You take complete ownership of intricate organizational issues and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.

• Matrix Navigator: You excel at operating within cross-location structures, effortlessly managing stakeholders across various functions and regions.

• Executive Communication: You are fluent in English and possess the confidence to influence and challenge at the Director and VP levels.
