This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Defining & Managing Performance: You will oversee the development of our performance management frameworks, establishing high standards for accountability and creating systems that effectively measure impact. This ensures that performance issues are addressed early, consistently, and clearly.

• Workforce Evolution & AI Integration: You will guide the organization through the “AI shift,” collaborating with VPs to continuously redefine roles and workflows, keeping our workforce at the forefront of industry changes. You will manage the adaptation of every role as automation and AI reshape daily operations.

• Complex Project Leadership: You will spearhead significant organizational projects with a professional, hands-on approach. From structural adjustments to the implementation of new professional standards, you will lead the people aspect of change with accuracy and speed.

• Strategic Matrix Sparring: You will provide strategic insights within a cross-location, cross-functional matrix, driving alignment between our offices in Hamburg and Warsaw. You will ensure consistent standards while respecting local nuances, acting as a critical partner who is willing to challenge the status quo.

• Data-Driven Diagnostics: You will utilize people analytics to identify trends and enhance organizational health, leveraging data to challenge stakeholders, optimize performance cycles, and assist senior leaders in making crucial talent decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior HR Expertise: You possess extensive experience as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced, professional tech environments, with a background in management or HR consulting being a significant advantage.

• Performance Architect: You have a successful history of designing and managing performance frameworks that foster accountability and high standards within Engineering and Product organizations.

• Transformation Mindset: You are adept in workforce transformation, understanding how to evolve roles in real time to keep pace with technological advancements, including AI integration.

• Project Management: You are a structured and proactive project leader who takes full ownership of complex organizational issues and delivers results in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.

• Matrix Navigator: You excel at navigating cross-location structures, effortlessly managing stakeholders across various functions and geographies.

• Executive Communication: You are fluent in English and confident in your ability to influence and challenge at the Director and VP levels.
